Life is full of decisions, and therapy provides a space to explore the many paths our internal compasses are guiding us toward. I believe it’s never too late to become who you want to be, and I’m here to help you discover and tap into your pre-existing potential. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, goals, and ambitions while incorporating empathy and life skills into your journey. With experience in residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings, I specialize in working with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, stress, and life transitions. My approach draws on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients from adolescence to adulthood navigate crises and find clarity.
Outside of my work, I love to spend my downtime at home with comfort items (i.e., good movie, book, TV show, coloring books, my dog). I like to stay as physically active and in-tune with my body by engaging in yoga. When the weather has reached an optimal temperature, you can find me outside going for a walk or run in a local forest preserve.
