Do you offer telehealth sessions or in-person sessions?

We offer both! We offer telehealth sessions to all people within the state of Illinois. We offer in-person sessions in our Elmhurst, Illinois office.

What is the cost of therapy?

INSURANCE: We are in-network with a few insurance companies and can work with you to determine if we accept your insurance and what your benefits may look like. Some therapists on our team are part of networks with BCBS PPO, UHC PPO, Cigna PPO, Aetna PPO. We highly value financial transparency and do what we can to obtain information about your benefits. We also encourage you to check your benefits.

SELF-PAY: We offer a self-pay rate of $130 per session for a 50 minute session.

Do you have a sliding scale?

We offer sliding scale or payment plans on a case by case basis.  If you need sliding scale services and we do not have current availability, we will attempt to connect you with area clinicians who may have options for sliding scale. We believe in access to therapeutic support and believe that offering groups is a great way to provide support and services if access to the cost of individual therapy has financial barriers. Check out some of our groups currently running here.

What’s your cancellation policy?

A charge of $75 will be made for a cancellation within 24-hours of an appointment. If a client no-shows without notifying the therapist and does not contact within the first 10 minutes of session, the full fee of $130 will be charged.

Do you prescribe medications?

We do not prescribe medications.

How long can I expect to be in therapy?

The length of time in therapy is as unique as you and your goals. We often recommend that you come weekly or bi-weekly in the beginning of therapy so that you can build a relationship with your therapist and begin momentum towards your work together. Some people benefit from ongoing weekly therapy for a longer time, others may transition to sessions that are further apart. We will work with you to discuss your goals and length of therapy.
