I believe life’s challenges and unpredictability are what make us human, and during the lows, we often feel stuck or unsure of the right path forward. My goal is to help you realize that the answers and tools are within you, and together we can regain a sense of direction. Therapy is a vulnerable experience, so I create a safe, supportive space where you can be your authentic self, explore your values, inner strengths, and interests. I particularly enjoy working with women facing anxiety, OCD, depression, body dysmorphia, existential concerns, life transitions, and trauma-related stress. Using evidence-based practices like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, often incorporating a gentle approach, mindfulness, self-compassion, and values-driven strategies.

I have struggled with OCD and anxiety my whole life and it has given me a lot of perspective supporting others who struggle with their mental health. My two pitties are my whole world and I feel most centered when I am walking in nature with them. I look forward to creating a unique connection with you!
