(She/her/hers)
Life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. I am here to support you through difficulties, offering a space where you can feel validated, understood, and free to explore your authentic self. My goal is to work alongside you with compassionate care, fostering healing and growth. I believe that vulnerability is key to unlocking deep, transformative change, often revealing wounds we didn’t even know were there. It’s an honor to be part of that healing journey. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, life transitions, grief, and relationship issues, and my approach is eclectic and person-centered, meaning therapy is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. I also embrace intersectionality, understanding how factors like race, gender, sexuality, class, and culture shape our mental health. As a therapist, I am committed to ensuring you feel seen, valued, and celebrated for who you are, while creating a safe space to process, heal, and grow, especially in the face of systemic oppression and social injustice. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, or life changes, I am here to walk with you toward greater well-being and self-empowerment.
When I’m not wearing my therapist hat, you can find me spending quality time with my son and watching him grow. I love experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, enjoying brunch outings, and unwinding with a good binge-watch of my favorite shows.
