Navigating life's challenges can be overwhelming, especially during times of change. I’m passionate about supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and identity exploration. Whether you’re a mother navigating the demands of parenthood, a young adult facing life transitions, or someone seeking clarity in your sense of self, I’m here to provide a space for healing and growth. I draw from a blend of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and attachment therapy. Together, we’ll work to identify and challenge unhelpful patterns, explore your emotions, build healthy relationship skills, develop self-compassion, embrace authenticity, and cultivate resilience.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children. I can also be found taking care of the large amount of plants that I adopted during the pandemic, reading for both pleasure and knowledge with a cup of hot chocolate, or wandering the aisles of home decor stores for self-care.

Some things you may hear me say in session…
Your worth isn’t measured by how much you do.
How are you showing up for yourself?
How you speak to yourself matters.
What is your emotion trying to show you needs to be changed in your life?
A quote a I love that says something about my work…
Your purpose is not some mystery you have to unlock or decode; it's something you choose from the elements of your passions and your wants and your inspirations. Your purpose is not something that comes to you out of the blue one day, but something you pull out from deep inside and make your everyday life.
